It's no fun staying in the lines

Lisa sent me a note with a few of Gabi's quotes. She was on a roll today:

“Mommy, you need to go to time-out for not listening to me.” Then she followed it with “you need to pay attention to me”.

We were coloring and trying to practice our “stay in the lines and color” …. Gabi said “but it’s no fun staying in the lines and coloring. It’s not pretty.”

She turned off her cartoon/show this morning and I asked her why.
She said “I’ve had enough of it and the commercials are awful.”
